“Since signing up for Total Body Performance in June 2011 I have lost 30 pounds. Growing up playing sports it was tough adjusting to not having a constant activity that kept me in shape. After joining I consistently did bootcamp, some TRX workouts, and met with the trainers for nutrition advice.
